Summary:
Please confirm the reappointment of Jessica Stori to the Humane Society Board of Directors for her second term of three (3) years.  Per Bylaws, dated October 20, 2012, two individuals shall be appointed by the Mayor.  The Board of Directors shall consist of not less than five (5) and no more than (9) individuals.  Service is limited to two consecutive terms of three (3) years.
